Standard Ground Shipping (5 to 10 Business Days) applies to all US in 48 States and Canada and is added at the checkout and is dependent on products ordered and shipping destination. Price is dependent on products ordered and shipping location. Cost of shipping will be added in the checkout. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut or locations not serviced by major courier carriers and companies are subject to Fitneff's sole discretion, please contact customer service at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help!
Fitneff periodically includes Free Shipping as a promotion during certain periods to customer, again in Fitneff's sole discretion.
Shipping Time - Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or on national holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time indicated when your order is placed, or offered by our customer service or sales staff only as an estimate.
Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. This means that the items are currently out of stock but our manufacturing facility is producing more. Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon it becomes available. In case of insufficient quantity or defects upon backorder items' arrival, a full refund will be made upon request by the customer within 48 hours.
Backorder dates are approximate, and while we make every effort to accurately estimate the ship date, they might change. Backordered items will be shipped without additional shipping and handling charges. We’ll send you an email confirming your backorder has shipped. Cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable if the delay is no more than 6 weeks.
To cancel a backordered item contact us at 1-888-632-3220. If you cancel your backorder item and then re-order, your new order will start at the end of the backorder queue.
SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESSES
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we may hold the shipment until the individual or company indicated on the billing address can be contacted to authorize the delivery
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Fitneff shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays in delivery from strikes, acts of war, fire, casualty, inability to obtain materials or other causes beyond our control.
