How to Achieve Your 2019 Goals

It’s a brand new year again, and you know what that means: it’s time to develop some New Year’s Resolutions! Goal setting is an excellent practice to motivate yourself to push forward and achieve the things you are passionate about. It’s important to set SMART goals – those that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-measured. 2) Be More Active

Everyone knows that long hours of sitting can make you feel sluggish and particularly unmotivated. But energy breeds energy! That means that the more activity and movement you incorporate into your day, the more energetic you’ll be giving you that much more ability to chase after those goals. 6) Set Up an Accountability Partner

Sometimes we all need a little help. When you set your goal, choose someone you trust and let them in on what you’re trying to accomplish. By setting up an accountability partner, this person will be there to keep you motivated when you feel like you just can’t keep working at it. Make sure you choose someone who knows what your goal means to you and will stick to their guns to keep you accountable.
